Throughout the transition to Paragon, we have been receiving valuable feedback from our Members about how the system could be better improved. We then work with Black Knight to prioritize these enhancement requests based on Member needs.
Black Knight will release an update to Paragon approximately every 6 weeks. These upgrades can consist of enhancements, bug fixes, new functionality, and design improvements. For each release, we will provide you with overview release notes outlining what is changing, as well as a step-by-step look at how these changes will affect how you work with Paragon.
Our first upgrade is taking place overnight on Tuesday, March 8, with upgrades coming into affect on Wednesday, March 9. Please note that there will be an outage to the Paragon MLS® System between March 8 at 11pm until March 9 at 7am. Paragon will not be available for use during this time frame.
Below you will find the attached upgrade release notes. Going forward, all release notes will be posted to the Paragon Portal for your review each time an upgrade takes place.
